YJ Link held an executive workshop from August 31 (Saturday) to September 1 (Sunday) for a duration of one night and two days at the Kumoh Mountain Hotel in Gumi.

The workshop was attended by YJ Link's Chairman, the President of Global Manufacturing and R&D, the President of Global Management,

the President of the New Business Division, and department heads from various divisions.

During the two-day event, an external speaker was invited to give a special lecture on "Communication for Establishing a Healthy Organizational Culture."

This was followed by a presentation from Takanobu Yada, President of the New Business Division,

focusing on exploring changes within the company through psychological stability and the establishment of medium-term management plans.

Additionally, there was a presentation on YJ Link’s IR materials by the President of Global Management, followed by an open discussion on future visions and current challenges.

Based on the outcomes of the workshop,

YJ Link plans to develop a new roadmap and share it across the organization,

applying it to strengthen internal and external systems.
